The Texunatech team liaises closely with key staff from the client to identify the purpose and scope of a project. Both parties then jointly produce a specification document detailing those requirements and goals. This collaboration is initiated in the project definition stage and reinforced throughout the life cycle of the project.

Our development methodology emphasises the importance of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and allows us to collate client feedback during the entire development process. Our use of UAT eliminates many potential issues before the system enters the live environment. Training of system users (if required) ensures that the deployed system is ready for immediate use. By working in partnership, Texunatech ensures that client expectations are met.
